ABOUT THE SHOW

What is Dubai Airshow?

Dubai Airshow brings aviation and aerospace businesses together across exhibition and hospitality settings. Participation can mean very different things: visiting suppliers, exhibiting in a hall, hosting in a chalet or using another booked display format. Establishing that format early makes the planning and design requirements much clearer.

The public exhibitor resource centre still includes 2025 material at review. Request the correct 2027 instructions before treating any historical manual as a design or access requirement.

Current Organiser Information ↗
KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING

Venue, location
& arrival planning.

Confirm the hall, entrance and event component on your booking. Exhibition dates are not contractor access or build dates.

Maps identify the venue, not a confirmed entrance or hall. Use current organiser travel guidance for shuttles, parking, pass access and accessibility. Multi-venue events require a separate allocation check.

FOR VISITORS & BUYERS

Make the visit
worth the journey.

Preparation guidance from Nucleus. Admission, programme and ticket entitlements are set by the organiser.

01

Choose a business-focused itinerary

Shortlist the organisations and capabilities you need to evaluate before adding wider show features. Ask which meetings require advance arrangements and who should attend from your team. Separate technical product discussions from hospitality invitations.

02

Check access for the actual area

Confirm your pass and any invitation requirements for the areas you intend to visit through the organiser. The DWC Dubai Airshow Site is distinct from DWTC and DEC. Use current event travel and arrival instructions rather than directions saved from an older edition.

03

Plan hosting as an operation

For exhibitors using a chalet, define guest flows, meeting cadence and the interface between front-of-house and service areas. A hall stand has a different visitor pattern. Do not select one layout simply because it looked successful for another format.

Before booking travel

Check admission eligibility, pass types, current prices and opening hours through the organiser. Confirm the edition, venue, hall and separate programme access. Establish visa and entry requirements for your passport through relevant official channels before making travel commitments.

Plan the daily route

Choose accommodation against your confirmed venue and meeting schedule. Check current travel, entrance and accessibility instructions. Leave buffers between meetings and between sites at multi-venue shows. Keep booking confirmations, badges and a named contact available offline.

Planning From Overseas ↗

A chalet fit-out is not interchangeable with a hall stand. Obtain the unit specification, technical interfaces and allocated access arrangements before defining finishes, furniture, service areas or branded architectural features.

01

Choose the right environment

An exhibition stand, a hospitality chalet and an outdoor space each need a different design conversation. Start with what you have booked.

02

Represent your business clearly

Plan around product models, digital demonstrations and brand presentation, with meeting areas that suit your audience and confidentiality needs.

03

Make hospitality feel effortless

For chalet interiors, consider guest arrival, hosting, seating and back-of-house needs as one experience, with the service responsibilities agreed in the scope.

01 / DEFINE

Commercial objectives

Agree target visitors, priority products and the conversations the space must support. Share brand guidelines, the booked allocation, budget context and decision makers.

02 / RESOLVE

Design & technical scope

Develop the concept alongside equipment, utilities and operational needs. Identify who supplies each service and who submits drawings. State scope, exclusions and responsibilities clearly in the quotation.

03 / CONFIRM

Approvals & production

Work backwards from the current manual’s deadlines and contracted access windows. Confirm materials, artwork and technical submissions before production. This is a planning sequence, not a promised lead time.

04 / OPERATE

Handover & breakdown

Agree checks for finishes, AV, utilities and displays, together with handover and support. Confirm removal, breakdown access and storage or reuse decisions within the contracted scope.

UNDERSTAND YOUR BOOKED FOOTPRINT

The space type shapes
the design conversation.

These diagrams explain open-side configurations. They are not fixed packages, actual project plans or an official show floor plan.

4 OPEN SIDES

Island

Open on four sides; consider sightlines, circulation and where private functions sit.

3 OPEN SIDES

Peninsula

Three open sides; consider the relationship between a backing wall and the visitor approach.

2 OPEN SIDES

Corner

Two open sides; plan two approaches while keeping displays and meetings coherent.

1 OPEN SIDE

Inline

One open side; the frontage, depth and visitor threshold become especially important.

Your allocation, dimensions, neighbouring stands and venue rules control what can be developed. Every proposed layout, material choice and cost is tailored to the agreed brief.

CUSTOM REQUIREMENTS

What must your
presence achieve?

Size alone does not define cost. Architecture, finishes, product displays, technical systems, specialist activities, venue services and delivery arrangements determine the project scope.

  1. What exactly is booked: hall space, chalet, pavilion or another format?
  2. Which services are included in the booked unit and which must be scoped?
  3. How many guests and parallel meetings should the space support?
  4. What confidentiality, AV and display requirements apply?
  5. Who is responsible for catering, specialist equipment and site logistics?

BEFORE THE BUILD

A clear brief.
A considered plan.

01

Start with the booked format

Share your hall allocation, chalet specification or outdoor plot information. Pavilion construction, chalet fit-out and stand design have different interfaces and technical requirements.

02

Plan the site logistics

The show is at the DWC Dubai Airshow Site. Confirm contractor access, delivery routing, equipment handling and the build programme against organiser instructions for your allocated area.

03

Confirm the 2027 requirements

Request the correct edition manual before finalising drawings or services. The public resource centre still contains 2025 material at the time of review; use it as a route to the organiser, not as the final 2027 rulebook.

Confirm numerical limits, deadlines and fees through the current manual for your booked edition, hall, structure and activity. No universal stand height, approval deadline or service fee is assumed here.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS
When and where is Dubai Airshow?

15 November 2027 – 19 November 2027. DWC · Dubai Airshow Site. Duration: 5 exhibition days. Confirm current details and your allocation with the organiser.

How do I register or book exhibition space?

Use the organiser’s official website for registration, eligibility, current fees and space booking. Nucleus’s project brief is for bespoke stand design and delivery; it does not register you for the event.

What should an international exhibitor prepare?

Share your floor plan, open sides, brand assets, products, equipment, demonstration requirements, meeting needs, budget context and decision timeline, plus the current organiser manual.

How is a custom stand priced?

Every proposal is developed from the agreed design and scope. Materials, technical needs, utilities, venue services, specialist work and delivery arrangements inform the quotation. There are no fixed stand packages.

Can you design a chalet interior as well as an exhibition stand?

These can be explored as separate bespoke scopes. Share the booked unit or stand specifications, guest and meeting needs, brand guidelines and any existing design. The proposal will define the fit-out, technical interfaces and hospitality responsibilities rather than assume a standard inclusion list.
